Return and Exchange Policy

At Tent-shirts, we want you to be happy with our products. However, if you wish to return or exchange the item you purchased, please read the following rules.

1. Return Period: You can return or exchange the item within seven days after it reaches you without giving any reason.
2. Condition of the Product: The product must be in its new condition as it was when first purchased. If the product is sealed, it must not be unpacked or opened at all. Worn, dirtied, or damaged products will not be returned.
3. Shipping Fee: The shipping cost incurred when returning the product will be deducted from the customer's refund.
4. Return Process: When you want to return or exchange a product, you must first submit a message by filling out the return form on our website. After your request is accepted, the return shipping process will be carried out.
5. Refund: Your money will be refunded within thirty days of sending the message request for a refund. Also, instead of getting your money back, you have the right to exchange the product for another item.
